The CricRealm website located at https://cricrealm.com/ is a copyrighted work belonging to CricRealm. Certain features of the site may be subject to additional guidelines, terms, or rules posted on the site in connection with those features. All such additional terms, guidelines, and rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

These Terms of Use describe the legally binding terms and conditions that govern your use of the site. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms and represent that you have the authority and capacity to enter into them. You must be at least 18 years of age to access the site. If you disagree with any provision of these Terms, do not access or use the site.

These Terms require the use of arbitration on an individual basis to resolve disputes and limit available remedies. These Terms of Use were created with the help of a Terms of Use Generator.

Access to the Site

Subject to these Terms, CricRealm grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to access the site solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

Certain Restrictions

The rights granted are subject to these restrictions:

  • You shall not sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host, or commercially exploit the site.
  • You shall not modify, create derivative works, disassemble, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the site.
  • You shall not access the site to build a similar or competitive website.

CricRealm reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the site with or without notice. CricRealm will not be liable for any change, interruption, or termination.

No Support or Maintenance

CricRealm has no obligation to provide support in connection with the site.

Excluding user content you provide, all intellectual property rights in the site and its content—including copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets—are owned by CricRealm or its suppliers. These Terms grant no ownership rights except the limited access in Section 2.1. CricRealm and suppliers reserve all other rights.

Third-Party Links & Ads; Other Users

Third-Party Links & Ads

The site may contain links to third-party websites/services or display third-party ads. CricRealm does not control or endorse them and provides access only as a convenience. Use them at your own risk, subject to the third party’s terms, privacy, and data practices.

Other Users

Each user is responsible for their own content. CricRealm is not responsible for any user content or resulting loss/damage. CricRealm is not obligated to resolve disputes between users.

You release CricRealm, its officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from all disputes related to the site. California residents waive California Civil Code Section 1542 in connection with this release.

Cookies and Advertising

Like other websites, CricRealm uses cookies to store visitor preferences and optimize experience based on browser type. Google, a third-party vendor, uses DART cookies for targeted ads. Opt out via Google’s policy: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as-is” and “as available.” CricRealm and suppliers disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. No guarantee of uninterrupted access, security, or freedom from errors/viruses. Warranties, if required by law, last 90 days from first use. Some jurisdictions may not allow exclusions.

Limitation on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CricRealm and suppliers are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of possibility. Liability is limited to $50 USD per claim. Access/use is at your risk; you are responsible for device/data damage. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations.

Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the site. CricRealm may suspend/terminate access at any time for violations. Upon termination, your account and content may be deleted without liability. Sections 2-2.5, 3, and 4-10 survive termination.

CricRealm respects intellectual property and removes infringing material. Repeated infringers may be terminated. To report infringement (per 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)), notify our Copyright Agent with: signature, work identification, infringing material location, contact info, good faith statement, and perjury declaration. Misrepresentations subject sender to liability.

General Provisions

Changes to Terms

Terms may be revised. Substantial changes notified by email or site posting (30 days effective). Continued use indicates acceptance. Provide current email.

Dispute Resolution

Arbitration Agreement: Mandatory binding arbitration for unresolved claims on individual basis (English). Applies to CricRealm affiliates/users.

Informal Resolution: Send written Notice to CricRealm (India address) first; attempt resolution within 30 days.

Rules: Via American Arbitration Association (AAA) or alternative. Single arbitrator; non-appearance for claims <$10,000. Costs shared; CricRealm pays if award exceeds settlement.

Additional: Waives jury/class actions; confidential; severable; survives termination. Small claims/emergency relief allowed. Excludes certain claims (e.g., defamation, IP infringement). Jurisdiction: Courts in Netherlands County, CA if litigation permitted. Comply with U.S. export laws.

Miscellaneous

Communications are electronic and satisfy legal requirements. These Terms are entire agreement; no waivers. Invalid provisions modified. Independent contractor relationship; no assignments without consent. See our Privacy Policy.
